We use Netscape's secured server together with a Verisign server certificate to encrypt all credit card data sent to us over the net.
Transaction information is not stored on the web server.
In addition to the credit card number and expiry our card processing company requires the street address and zip/postal code, to assist in card verification. We do not use this information in any way, nor do we make it available to anyone else.
As part of the purchase procedure, we assign a purchase number to your transaction and we request you provide us with your email address. In the event of a failed download, these two items together allow you back into the secured download area for up to 48 hours, for additional download attempts. We do not use your email address for anything other than for corresponding with you in the event of download (or other) problems. We do not make your email address available to any other parties, nor do we store them in our own database.
We strive to satisfy all our customers. We provide extensive free samples so you can evaluate our products prior to purchase, and we provide tech support by email in the event of problems. If we are unable to solve your problem, or you are not satisfied with your purchase just email admin@maestronet.com and we will issue you a prompt refund.
